ADAPTING TO DIVERSE SCIENCE CULTURE FOR DEVELOPMENT

Science and technology gives us an important rule.This devises that were invented helps us to do jobs faster and conserve lesser time to do it.Scientists study different science culture to develop and improve some devises and also to invent.Because of this we are now in the generation that they called "computer generation.Using this computers that were invented before,the next generation could also use these to invent and promote more devises or will make a high-tech devises for the next generation.

FILIPINO MONTH CELEBRATION

We all know that every month of August, we are celebrating what they called "buwan ng wika".

Here in our school, there are many activities that were held. We participated on the different activities and won into two activities. The celebration reminds us Filipinos to love and give importance to our Filipino language. Most of activities were related to the theme "Wikang Filipino mula Baler Hanggang sa Buong Bansa" like the Poster-Slogan Contest, Sayawit, Sabayang Pagbigkas and the Filipino Quiz Bee. Contestants show their talents and understanding to the theme.

First Quarter Being Senior

First I entered in the computer room, I told to myself "nandito na naman tayo". Because TLE subject for me is hard to understand, for you have to memorize or familiarize all the steps in some topics. As I stay longer in this room, there are discoveries that I discovered like creating blog and learned also to study the life of computer as time goes by.

The time I joined in Mural Painting during the Nutrition Month Contest and I won. As they told that I will be the one to represent our school, that serves as my challenge because it was my first time in my whole life. I am lucky because it was my memorable activity in my last year of staying in this school.

I address these challenges by facing them using my knowledge and having faith in GOD, that brings me in top of some activities.

For the next quarter, I will double my effort to commit and maintain my works and deeds.

Proper Communication Skills

Kindness is a language that everyhing can understand. The deaf can hear it, the blind can see it; th dumb can speak it. Kindness is also applied when speaking the English and Filipino language. How?

Correct and proper usage of this two languages is the simplest way of using it with kindness. When we use English and Filipino properly in speaking, we are developing and enriching our languag skills, thus, enables us to feet at ease when sating words and sentences in English and Filipino. We will be able to express our thought, ideas and feelings clearly. We will develop self-confidence necessary in interacting with people around us. As we deal and communicate with them using any of the two, we will be able to practice the proper communication skills.

Speaking English and Filipino properly with kindness will make us not only a responsible, productive and caring person but as a true Filipino for times and places.

Proper Nutrition:Paunlarin

By the month of July we usually celebrate the nutrition month and different activities are held.This is to let people know the importance of nutritious foods.
The theme "wastong nutrisyon kailangan lifestyle diseases iwasan" means that by eating or having a healthy body we can prevent and fight those lifestyle diseases such as cough, fever, and illnesses. We know that if we have no healthy body, diseases can easily get into our body.Because of drinking liquor, our body gets weak and usually dangerous diseases gets into our body such as,cancer,stroke,etc.
We can prevent this by eating nutritious foods that are found in the food pyramid such as GO,GROW and GLOW foods. Make use to have a daily exercise and have a proper hygiene to attain a healthy body. Here in school,some activities were done in celebrating the celebration such as,nutri quiz,oration,cookfest,etc..All of the participants discovered their talents.
