Proper Nutrition:Paunlarin

By the month of July we usually celebrate the nutrition month and different activities are held.This is to let people know the importance of nutritious foods.
The theme "wastong nutrisyon kailangan lifestyle diseases iwasan" means that by eating or having a healthy body we can prevent and fight those lifestyle diseases such as cough, fever, and illnesses. We know that if we have no healthy body, diseases can easily get into our body.Because of drinking liquor, our body gets weak and usually dangerous diseases gets into our body such as,cancer,stroke,etc.
We can prevent this by eating nutritious foods that are found in the food pyramid such as GO,GROW and GLOW foods. Make use to have a daily exercise and have a proper hygiene to attain a healthy body. Here in school,some activities were done in celebrating the celebration such as,nutri quiz,oration,cookfest,etc..All of the participants discovered their talents.
